Shailaja was a member of the Indian Administrative Service from 1966 to 2004 including fifteen year of service with the Central Government in the Ministries of Defense, Power and Health. Shailaja became Secretary to the Government of India in 1999 and was Delhi's first woman Chief Secretary for the period 2002 to 2004.
Shailaja was involved in the Health sector for 11 years from 1991 – 2002, where her contribution included the formulation and implementation of eight World Bank assisted projects including a project for upgrading district hospitals in seven states in the country. During this period Shailaja was directly responsible for medical education and hospitals, in particular policy matters related to AIIMS and PGI, Chandigarh, Safdarjung and RML Hospitals. He has been the ex-committee member, forex policy and has advised the Reserve Bank of India's Department of External Investments and Operations and several public sector banks on risk management and organization. Narayan has advised the state governments of Gujarat and Andhra Pradesh on industrial policy matters.

Naresh has more than 21 years of experience in the field of finance and has been closely associated with health care industry.
Prior to joining Radiant, Naresh was with DLF group, working as CFO for Delanco Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. (a joint venture company of DLF Ltd). In that role, Naresh was instrumental in arranging more than Rs 500 Crores of funds from various private equity players and banks for the company. Prior to DLF, Naresh was with Escorts group, working as finance head of Escorts Heart & Super Specialty Institute Ltd. In that role, Naresh worked on multiple green-field projects, prepared feasibility reports for Escorts' projects at Amritsar, Jaipur and Mumbai.
